From JBM’s first hire in Oct. 2016, the number of Fair Chance employees has grown to almost one-quarter of its entire workforce. JBM is currently engaged with more than 30 correctional and workforce development partners, including halfway houses, correctional institutions, and programming facilities, and sober living homes.
