Welcome to the new (OS1)/Simon Institute blog. We are still in the process of determining the use of the blog, as we are somewhat newbie’s to the blog-o-sphere. I personally think it will be a nice way of sharing Simon Institute events or (OS1) issues on more of a human level. As you have probably noticed, we have a brand new Simon Institute website that is now up and live. We thought that it would be more effective to have a “one-stop shop” website for things like the Simon Institute and the (OS1) Users Sympoisum. We also have some new and fun plans for the Cleaning Industry Trainer’s Guild website, so stay tuned for more information on that as well. In the meantime, please feel free to contribute any comments or questions on the new Simon Institute site.

Had a great time at the 2010 (OS1) Users Symposium last month. Congratultions to all the winners. Big thanks to all who shared their benchmarking information, lessons learned, successes – I could go on and on… It amazes me that even though we are technically in “competition” for these awards everyone is so willing to share.
